Terms of Service
Last updated: May 15, 2026
These Terms govern access to and use of NextInLine, a live queue management service for specialists and businesses.
Who can use NextInLine
NextInLine is intended for specialists, administrators, and small businesses that manage real-world queues, appointments, or walk-in client flows.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the queue content, links, and notifications sent through your account.
Allowed use
You may use NextInLine to create public queue pages, share queue links or QR codes, accept client queue entries, manage queue progress, and send queue notifications.
Clients may use public queue pages and ticket links only to join, monitor, or leave a real queue connected to the specialist or business that shared the link.
Prohibited use
You must not use NextInLine for spam, phishing, fraud, harassment, illegal services, misleading queues, automated queue abuse, scraping, denial-of-service activity, or attempts to bypass rate limits and security controls.
You must not send notifications to people who did not join your queue or who asked not to receive updates.
Service availability
NextInLine is provided during beta and may change as the product evolves. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service when needed for security, reliability, compliance, or product development.
We aim to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Responsibility and liability
Specialists and businesses are responsible for how they operate their queues, communicate with clients, and comply with laws that apply to their services.
NextInLine is not responsible for missed appointments, incorrect wait estimates, third-party outages, or losses caused by misuse of the service.
Privacy
Personal data is handled according to the Privacy Policy. By using the service, you agree that queue and notification data may be processed to provide the product.
